Position Pay Rate: Starting pay- $18 per hour

Role Overview:

Our maintenance team are crucial players in the overall guest experience. Come play a role in creating the atmosphere for our staff and patrons, while participating in a fun and fast paced environment!

Responsibilities:

Cleaning floors and bathrooms
Keeping outside areas clutter free and safely prepped for guests
Some maintenance as needed
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Front and back of house janitorial

Hourly Team Member

Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour

Assistant Manager

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

After you have mastered hourly team member responsibilities, or if you have past leadership experience in a different capacity, your experience will help you prepare for the next level with Chili’s and the Assistant Manager role provides:

8-10 Week Training Program
Area AO (Area of Ownership) Meetings

Manager

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000

After a minimum of six months as an Assistant Manager, you may be ready for your next big move up. As you continue to develop your leadership skills, you may enjoy such growth options as:

General Manager

Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000
