Hourly Team Member

Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour

You bring your passion, dedication, teamwork and spirit to the table. We’ll help you make the most of it and prepare you for your “next”. You’ll get:

Certified Shift Leader

Average Salary: $38,000 – $48,000

This first-of-its-kind program will help you turn your leadership skills into a management role. After you master two hourly roles, the Certified Shift Leader program will help you prepare for the next level by providing:

Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship through the Department of Labor
Certified restaurant manager credential from the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation
A wealth of opportunities to hone your business and people skills

Manager

Average Salary: $50,000 – $75,000

After a minimum of six months as a Certified Shift Leader, you may be ready for your next big move up. As you continue to develop your leadership skills, you may enjoy such growth options as:

Mentoring opportunities through the RISE program
Online manager development training modules
On-the-job skill training in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis and more

General Manager

Average Salary: $75,000 – $125,000
